The SaaSy Partner Manager Accelerator is a highly interactive cohort-based program that delivers best practices for SaaS partner managers to help them quickly excel in their roles. The workshop is designed for partner and channel managers early in their careers, those in need of rounding out their experience with best practices, and those contemplating a career move into partner management.
The agenda incorporates an ecosystem 101, strategies for building and managing productive partnerships, how to create territory and account plans, best practices for working internally and managing channel conflict, and tips for accelerating in the role.
